Ans: Yes, if you have decided to be recommended to other SCI journals. You don't have to upload your ICASI full paper and its copyright form in your account. However, you have to complete your registration FIRST which means a full registration payment within the deadline! If you don't remove your full paper and its copyright form within the deadline, then our editorial board will include your paper into our IEEE/EI conference proceeding. (若您決定只轉投SCI期刊,請移除研討會議全文及授權書。 也就是說若您只想轉投SCI,那EI 的研討會全文跟copyright表格都不用上傳。要移除是因為原本要轉EI的研討會論文上傳全文跟 copyright,但後來想想還是決定要轉SCI,在這樣的case裡,才要移除。) -

Ans: Our Editorial Board will launch the next procedure to prepare for the authors who do wish to be recommended to their selected SCI journals, after our conference is taken place. Because we have offered more than 10 different SCI journals, and each journal has their own different submission deadline and format regulation. Therefore, it is not possible to give every author any specific and conclusive date based on every author's choice. (在研討會議舉行後,由研討會議編輯轉投小組啟動轉投期刊程序。因每人欲轉投之各期刊,其規定與submission日期都不一。請依個人所選擇之期刊,配合轉投規定。) -

Ans: It depends on the author himself. If he would like to gain more experience in oral presentation in English, he is very welcome! We will offer an oral presentation certificate at the end of his session! And he or she can enter the competition for the Best Paper of the conference! (這由您個人決定!因一般參與者與其教授或學長姐共掛,教授一般會希望其學生能累積英文口頭提報之經驗。若有參與,大會會核發其口頭提報之證書,且可能有機會可獲得Best Paper之證書!) -
Can I nominate any reviewer for my intended forwarded SCI journal? (請問作者欲想轉投SCI期刊是由編輯群推薦還是作者可以自選?)
Ans: Yes, you can! You could nominate and fill in reviewer's name in your account when you register. However, our Editorial Board will double check your topic and decide for you. (作者可以先在註冊系統裡勾選自己想轉投的期刊之順位,但最終是由大會做最後決定。 -

Ans: You have to wait patiently because it will take at least three hours up to three days (in average) or more! Once the transaction is done, our system will automatically inform our Web Master. We will do it manually to issue you your receipt in your account, so that you can download it through your account or your email attachment. How long will I have to wait for my conference paper to be published by EI Taylor & Francis and what shall I be aware of?
Ans: For the participants whoever choose to be published in EI by Taylor & Francis, please make sure that your email won't BLOCK our official Office ICASI2019 email for the next SIX months, after the conference that is taken place. We might contact you via emails based on your information in our system about text modification requested by Taylor & Francis. If we cannot reach you via your emails, Taylor & Francis holds every right to decide your paper will be published or not. We as an organizer will not take any responsibility for your action.
