If its possible to issue me the receipt, right after I have paid my registration fee online successfully with my credit card? (請問作者註冊後是否可以先開立收據？) 
Ans: Yes, our system will be automatically generated a digital PDF receipt, and you will receive a notification in your email. You can download the receipt once you login into your own account.(信用卡註冊一旦刷卡後，系統就會馬上產生收據，註冊者可以上自己系統下載，若是臨櫃轉帳繳費，則需上傳匯款證明到系統，經確認後，即在系統上產生收據。)

If I want my submitted full paper to be ONLY recommended to other SCI journals, the online submission system is the same as ICASI 2019 one? (請問作者欲轉投SCI期刊之全文上傳位置是否與ICASI2019研討會上傳位置相同？)
Ans: If so, please wait PATIENTLY for our ICASI 2019 Editorial Board Email Notification, AFTER ICASI 2019 conference is taken place. However, you have to complete your registration FIRST which means a full registration payment within the deadline! (轉投 SCI 的全文部分，請等候大會通知轉投網址，本ICASI 網站只提供欲轉投 EI 的文章上傳。)

If I want my submitted full paper to be ONLY recommended to other SCI journals, shall I not to upload my ICASI full paper and its copyright form? (若決定轉投SCI期刊，上傳的研討會全文及COPYRIGHT移除，假設是截止時間前上傳，是否得等貴會接收後再移除，或上傳完畢即移除？)
Ans: Yes, if you have decided to be recommended to other SCI journals. You don't have to upload your ICASI full paper and its copyright form in your account. However, you have to complete your registration FIRST which means a full registration payment within the deadline! If you don't remove your full paper and its copyright form within the deadline, then our editorial board will include your paper into our IEEE/EI conference proceeding. (若您決定只轉投SCI期刊，請移除研討會議全文及授權書。 也就是說若您只想轉投SCI，那EI 的研討會全文跟copyright表格都不用上傳。要移除是因為原本要轉EI的研討會論文上傳全文跟 copyright，但後來想想還是決定要轉SCI，在這樣的case裡，才要移除。)

Can I submit my paper both to SCI and IEEE/EI at the same time? (請問我可以同時轉投論文至SCI及IEEE/Taylor & Francis EI？)
Ans: No, you can not apply your paper to both SCI and IEEE/EI at the same time, due to self-multiple publication. (很抱歉作者只能選一項出刊。)

Regarding to Question 2, how long do I have to wait, if I want my submitted full paper to be ONLY recommended to other SCI journals? (Q2中回覆會等大會通知，請問是在會議前或後，有無大約時間? 想了解有多少改寫的準備時間。)
Ans: Our Editorial Board will launch the next procedure to prepare for the authors who do wish to be recommended to their selected SCI journals, after our conference is taken place. Because we have offered more than 10 different SCI journals, and each journal has their own different submission deadline and format regulation. Therefore, it is not possible to give every author any specific and conclusive date based on every author's choice. (在研討會議舉行後，由研討會議編輯轉投小組啟動轉投期刊程序。因每人欲轉投之各期刊，其規定與submission日期都不一。請依個人所選擇之期刊，配合轉投規定。)

Regarding to Question 3, do I still have to do my oral presentation if I want my submitted full paper to be ONLY recommended to other SCI journals? (Q3中是指單純只投轉SCI期刊，不需要上傳研討會全文及COPYRIGHT，所以EI不會收錄，這樣還需要到研討會場口頭發表嗎？)
Ans: It depends on the author himself. If he would like to gain more experience in oral presentation in English, he is very welcome! We will offer an oral presentation certificate at the end of his session! And he or she can enter the competition for the Best Paper of the conference! (這由您個人決定！因一般參與者與其教授或學長姐共掛，教授一般會希望其學生能累積英文口頭提報之經驗。若有參與，大會會核發其口頭提報之證書，且可能有機會可獲得Best Paper之證書！)

Can I nominate any reviewer for my intended forwarded SCI journal? (請問作者欲想轉投SCI期刊是由編輯群推薦還是作者可以自選？)
Ans: Yes, you can! You could nominate and fill in reviewer's name in your account when you register. However, our Editorial Board will double check your topic and decide for you. (作者可以先在註冊系統裡勾選自己想轉投的期刊之順位，但最終是由大會做最後決定。

Do I have to present my paper or poster all in English? Ans: Yes, you have to! The whole conference will use English as an official language.

If I have paid my registration fee via 7-11 convenient store and also upload my full paper, I would like to know when I will receive my receipt? (請問我已註冊，且在7-11繳費了。全文亦已上傳，只是可能會再UPDATE，因繳費需有統編與抬頭才能報帳，不知何時能拿到？)
Ans: You have to wait patiently because it will take at least three hours up to three days (in average) or more! Once the transaction is done, our system will automatically inform our Web Master. We will do it manually to issue you your receipt in your account, so that you can download it through your account or your email attachment. (請作者耐心等候三小時（平均）（若是超商條碼繳款，入帳則約需三天），一旦成功入帳於系統內，系統會直接發繳費成功通知信至您的郵件信箱，並附件數位收據。或您也可登入研討會議之個人帳號裡下載收據。關於您已上傳全文，想持續修正並update，目前系統開放至全文繳交之期限，您可安心使用。

Oral Presentation: It is around  8-10 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes for Q&A period following each talk. Presentation material is preferred to be concise, succinct, and clearly understood. Up to 20 slides for oral presentation is recommended. The Session Chair will introduce each speaker and moderate Q&A period.

Is there any guideline for my Poster Presentation? (請問Poster Presentation規則？) Ans: We do not specify your Poster format. However, each poster should include your paper title, authors, affiliations, and paper ID Number. It shall fit in A2 size.

Is there any recommended standard size for my Poster? (請問Poster規格？)
Ans: Poster size is A2 (420mm×594mm).

How long will I have to wait for my conference paper to be published by EI Taylor & Francis and what shall I be aware of? 
Ans: For the participants whoever choose to be published in EI by Taylor & Francis, please make sure that your email won't BLOCK our official Office ICASI2019 email for the next SIX months, after the conference that is taken place. We might contact you via emails based on your information in our system about text modification requested by Taylor & Francis. If we cannot reach you via your emails, Taylor & Francis holds every right to decide your paper will be published or not. We as an organizer will not take any responsibility for your action. How can I get an Invitation Letter from ICASI2019 in order to apply for a Visa to Japan? 
Ans: The Conference Organizers will be pleased to provide a visa support letter/invitation letter to all approved registered conference participants for use in the context of their application for visa, if/as necessary. Please email to office.icasi@gmail.com in advance.
