Invited Sessions

Service and Experience Design

Service Design can be considered as a discipline or an approach which aims at improving the quality of interaction between service provider and customer. Experience Design is focused on designing products, processes, and services etc. in order to improve the user experience. These two fields have the convergence of customer’s experience, from which the term of Service and Experience Design then emerges. In a nutshell, Service and Experience Design can be explained as a kind of practice which is the implementation of designing and improving of service process by fulfilling the customer qualia demand and thereby promoting the value of customer’s experience.
